I remember memorizing this poem when I was at school. I do so love trees. Each has a story to tell. There was a tree on the Estate where I worked down south that was called the Doomsday Oak. It dated back to the 1500's and the time of Henry VIII. Oh, but it was lovely. Fascinating it was, just fascinating.
