There's a family of gophers who live under the fence separating the grassy area behind the water tower from the bike path
Whenever I look out the window I see them feasting on the grass, and am amazed at how much they can eat.
Nothing seems to deter their mama, but the babies startle easily and keep scampering back to their hole.
